SHIPPING POLICY

NoaLim provides free shipping for all orders over 400 USD and a flat rate of 36 USD for all other orders.

Unless specified as a custom or made-to-order item, all in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days via UPS. Once shipped, you will receive notification including the tracking number and estimated date of delivery. If you have any special shipping requests (insurance, required signature, etc.) please contact us here.

Unfortunately, it is unlawful to ship and sell python skin in California due to penal code 653o. If you live in California, please read item descriptions carefully to make sure that the item you are ordering is not python.

In order to ship exotic goods internationally, an additional fee for the CITES export permit will be added to your order total (approximately $500), and you will be required to pay an import fee upon arrival in your country (click here for estimated import fee costs). Shipping without proper protocol can result in major fines and penalties.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All in stock items may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after the delivery date. Once the items have been received, and verified to be in their original, unused condition we will gladly exchange your item for a similar item, or issue a store credit. We do not issue refunds at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs unless we have shipped you the incorrect item or the item arrives damaged.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.

If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.
